This fatty is getting fit, and I'm inviting you along for the month of October, as I write about my journey with health, wellness, and food every single day! I'll probably be writing most of my "31 Day" posts in the afternoons and will sometimes have other posts for the day relevant to my life not pertaining to health, wellness, and food! That's a ton of blogging! Are you ready for it?
So, thirty-one days of health, wellness, and food? Yup! I'll be writing all about working out, what I'm eating, training for Tough Mudder (in November) and the Spartan Race (in December), the survival of Rugged Maniac (October 5th!), hopefully some hiking adventures, a couple of 5Ks, grocery shopping, and of course: the completion of FocusT25, Alpha! There might even be some backyard yoga!
If I'm being honest though, there won't be any backyard yoga- but you never know what could happen in 31 days! I might be inspired by the sun here in Southern California and our beautiful backyard!
